                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REMOVE CONDITION NUMBER 5 FROM ORDINANCE
                   NO. 8788 ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6727
                   HERITAGE BUSINESS COURT, MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to remove condition number five on Ordinance No.
         8788 on:
               
                A tract of land located at 6727 Heritage Business
                Court, being off the southeast line of Heritage
                Business Court southeast of Lee Highway.  Unit 724,
                Heritage Office Condominiums, as shown by plat of
                record in plat book 50, page 109-1, ROHC; being the
                property described in deed book 4208, page 507,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 148K-B-12.19.
               
               
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         is made subject to the following conditions:

              	   1.	All top floor windows shall remain completely
              	   	opaque.
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
